Pull rates are based on reported Japanese box-opening data and are not officially guaranteed by The Pokémon Company. Individual boxes may vary.
We stand behind the products we sell, but opening a collectible changes its condition permanently, so ordinary returns end once the factory seal is broken. Genuine authenticity or tampering concerns will still be reviewed individually.
